| the game will notify you when you have finished it.probably you did not notice.it ends like,when you finish a big task and then it says you can trade freely now as there are no missions left.then you can go to the main menu and "start a new game",while choosing your new character in the new game,click on the empty portrait,so that you can customize your character.then start playing,what else.
